Colour Coated Steel Coil Ultraviolet Lamp (UV) Aging Test
UV aging test is a test method that uses artificial light sources to simulate the ultraviolet band of sunlight, so as to verify the environmental aging resistance of organic coatings, plastics, rubber, and other polymer materials.
Both UVA and UVB are a classification of ultraviolet light. UVA stands for ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 320-420nm. UVB stands for ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 280-320um.
UVA-340 adopts 12 hours as 1 cycle: 8h ultraviolet light, blackboard temperature 60℃±3℃, 4h condensation, blackboard temperature 50℃±3℃.
UVB-313 adopts 8 hours as a cycle, 4 hours of ultraviolet light, and the blackboard temperature is 60℃±3℃. 4h condensation, blackboard temperature 50℃±3℃.
