Roller coater is the most used coating equipment in the coating production line for PPGI Steel Sheet, and now more than 90% of coating production lines worldwide use this equipment. In the production of roll-coated color plates, the combination of the application roll, the draw roll, the backup roll, and the rotation direction of each roll is different; the thickness of the oil film applied on the strip and the stability during the roll coating process will be different. According to the mutual positional relationship of the coating rollers, there are three types of roller coating methods.
1. Symmetrical roller coating
2. Asymmetric roll coating with backup roll
3. Asymmetric roll coating without backup roll
