The two-roller type means that in one coating head, in addition to the strip, there are only coating rolls and draw rolls. The draw roll draws the paint from the paint pan, transfers it to the applicator roll, and then the applicator rolls the paint. Apply to the surface of the steel strip. The three-roller coating is based on the original two-roller coating, and a third stick, a transfer roller, is added to control the stability of the feeding roller. The paint drawn by the draw roller must pass through the gap between the draw roller and the adjusting roller to be supplied to the applicator roller. The gap between the adjustment roller and the draw roller can be adjusted. This way, the coating film’s thickness can be controlled by adjusting the roll gap. The adjustment roller can make the coating on the draw roller more uniform, so the initial coating machine generally adopts the two-roller type. When the coating quality is high, the Jingtu machine adopts the three-roller type.
