Introduction to Bixi Board

Bixi Board is a kind of steel-aluminum alloy composite board, mainly used for the roof and edge enclosure of steel structures. The detailed introduction is as follows:
– Structural Composition: It usually uses a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet or aluminum sheet as the base plate, and bonds an aluminum-magnesium-manganese sheet to the base plate through high-temperature compounding with polymer nano-adhesive. The outermost layer is coated with anti-aging and anti-fading paint, such as AkzoNobel paint.
– Performance Characteristics: It has excellent heat insulation performance, which can reduce the indoor temperature by about 18℃. At the same time, it has good corrosion resistance and can resist strong acids and alkalis, as well as noise reduction function. In addition, it is light in weight, easy to transport and install, and has a long service life, which is more than 3 times that of ordinary color steel plates.
– Finished Product Specifications: There are multiple thickness options, including 0.326, 0.426, 0.526, 0.626, 0.676 (units: mm, commonly used in building materials).
– Application Scope: It is widely used for the roof and wall of buildings such as industrial workshops and warehouses, and is also suitable for places with corrosion resistance requirements like large-scale ceramic factories, chemical plants, and pig farms.
