Roof panel introduction

The roof panel is a panel that can directly bear the roof load. The roof panel is located on the roof of the house and is generally made of metal such as aluminum-magnesium-manganese or alloys. After the roof panels are assembled on the gable sloping beams on the top floor of the house, the wing panels are overlapped to cover the multiple single box roof panels without visible vertical seams, forming a well-integrated sloping roof.

Aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloys for roofing and exterior walls generally adopt the Coil Coated process, which has the advantages of good color difference control, uniform paint film, high quality stability, and environmental protection. The type of coating generally selects PVDF fluorocarbon paint containing more than 70% fluorocarbon resin.
