Chromatic aberration

Film thickness

Different uses have different requirements for the gloss of the coating film. Different paints also have different glosses, such as polyester. When in use, sometimes it is not desirable to have strong dazzling reflections for building interiors, ship interior walls, and decorations, while others wish to have good luster.

 

Hardness

In processing and using the coated sheet, the organic coating film is often subjected to the effects of pressing, scratching, grinding, and rubbing. Under the action of these external forces, to ensure that the surface film is not damaged, the surface film is required to have a specific hardness. The higher the hardness, the better the integrity of the protective film in use, but the increase in hardness will lead to a decrease in toughness. Therefore, hardness and toughness can only be balanced within a specific range. Therefore, one hardness and flexibility are selected as the required primary performance according to the application, or an appropriate index is used as the requirement for the hardness performance of the product.
