1. The weather resistance test of the Colorful Aluzinc Stone Coated Metal Roof Tile surface is to simulate the repeated effects of sudden rainstorms and winter and summer temperatures on the Colorful Aluzinc Stone Coated Metal Roof Tile surface after exposure to high temperatures and sun in summer—the most critical test items. The weather resistance test correlates well with the actual engineering and can well reflect the actual weather resistance performance. The large-scale weather resistance test requires that the sample must not appear hollow, fall off and crack after 20 high temperature (70°C)-rainfall (15°C) cycles and 20 heating (50°C)-freezing (-20°C) cycles.
2. Sunshine simulation: The domestic aging resistance test method is xenon arc radiation, but xenon arc radiation and ultraviolet light aging test are widely used in foreign countries. These two methods are based on entirely different principles. The xenon lamp irradiation test chamber imitates the entire solar spectrum, including ultraviolet light, visible light, and infrared light, and its purpose is to simulate sunlight. The UV aging test does not attempt to imitate the sun’s rays but only imitates the destructive effect of the sun’s rays. It is based on the principle that durable materials exposed outdoors for an extended period suffer the most significant aging damage caused by short-wave ultraviolet light.
3. Simulation of temperature: According to the requirements of the industry standard, the temperature control range of the weather resistance laboratory should reach -25℃~30℃. However, due to the high cost of refrigeration equipment and the range of temperature changes in cold winter and hot summer regions, the simulation is temporarily carried out at 0°C to 70°C. The method is as follows:
1: Range from 0°C to 10°C: Ice cubes are mainly used to cool down the laboratory, and an ice-water mixture is used to spray and cool the test tiles.
2: Range from 10°C to 50°C: The temperature control box is mainly used to adjust the temperature of the laboratory, and its adjustable range is from room temperature to 50°C. At the same time, auxiliary electric heating is used to heat the laboratory.
3: 50℃~70℃ range: In summer, the sunshine is long, and the solar radiation intensity is high. Usually, the comprehensive temperature of the air on the outer surface of the horizontal roof reaches 60~70℃, the comprehensive temperature of the west wall reaches 50~60℃, and the comprehensive temperature of the east wall The temperature reaches 45-50 ℃. According to this requirement, we use 5-10 groups of baking lamps and 2 groups of ultraviolet lamps to simulate direct sunlight for baking to ensure that the surface temperature of the experimental wall reaches the ideal temperature and ensures sufficient exposure time.
