Construction process sharing of rock wool color steel plates


1: Process:

1. Base layer treatment → Spring line division (according to design requirements) → Install main keel boom and cross brace keel → Fix secondary keel → Lay rock wool layer → Lay glass magnesium mortar protective layer → Clean and trim.

2. Main machinery and equipment: electric welding machine, etc.

3. Operation points:

1. Carry out lofting and blanking according to the drawing size;

2. Use an impact drill or expansion bolts to fix the steel frame into the embedded parts, and take anti-corrosion and anti-rust measures.

3. Pop up the vertical centerline position line according to the designed elevation control line and horizontal mark, and hang a center vertical guideline on the surrounding walls to determine the vertical reference point.

4. Nail the corner wooden strips along the transverse axis as temporary supports to support the skeleton.

5. Fasten the pre-processed galvanized self-tapping screws to the steel frame.

6. Use a special matching adhesive to apply it on the rock wool board. After it dries, it can be stretched and formed.

7. When the rock wool composite board reaches a certain strength, cut it into the specified length in time for later use. (Generally, it should not exceed 12m)

8. The curing period of finished products is generally more than 24 hours.

2. Things to note:

1. Before pasting, the dust, oil, dirt, and various debris on the surface of the component should be removed, and the base material should be dry, clean, and grease-free.

2. Use the adhesive and auxiliary powder corresponding to this project.

3. It is strictly prohibited to store products in super thick stacks to avoid affecting quality and performance.

Three: Technical standards:

Appearance flatness allowable deviation ≤ 4mm/m2;

Seam width ≥10mm.
